When you are purchasing from me and any other business please read their store policy so that you won't be upset when any business shows you their business policies.

Please do not compare my prices with someone else you have dealt with. We are two different companies with two different styles. I use quality beads. I send quality work. If another business sells something cheaper then mine, and I have less or more items in my sets, please do not tell me what the others sell them for. My work is my work and it speaks for itself. I give Quality work all of the time. I give Quality customer service all of the time. I love my fellow beaders and I don't hate on anyone if you shop elsewhere. That is your hard earned money.

I Do Not accept Returns or Exchanges. When items are sent from me I look them over before sending them out. I do not send out bad work. Please know your wrist size before ordering. I always make 7.5 which is a medium. Measure your wrist if another size is needed. A size change is a $3 fee.

All SALES ARE FINAL. Once Your Purchase is made, there are no refunds. If the item is still in my possession, I will usually refund your purchase. Once an item has shipped and no longer in my possession, no refunds are given.

I am not responsible for lost or damaged items. Be sure you type in the correct mailing address. Please give me the address you want your items mailed to. The address that's on your name under PayPal is where I am shipping your package unless stated from you.

There are times I am unable to make duplicates of an item because sometimes I go to bead shows or get discontinued items that can't be remade. Please inquire about an item and I can make something similar.

All Custom orders are to be paid in full before completing any work.
